I was suitably distressed when my white, high pile woollen rug was stained by a Shitzu-cross with a enormous bladder. Mel and the team at Capital Steam Cleaners assured me they could fix the problem - and boy, did they deliver! They were quick to get the job done, responsive to my questions and a joy to deal with. I highly recommend this company and would without hesitation use them again, should another frisky cross breed enter my house and decide to relieve itself on my rug. Capital steam cleaners always do a great job with our carpets but the result we received on a very special rug we have using there pit cleaning method was second to none. The rug was like new again when we received it back from them. Would definitely recommend.

Emailed asking for a quote on a couch advising I needed it done asap and reply I received was “ Unfortunately we are booked up for the next 3 weeks so are unable to assist you with your couches. We apologise for any inconvenience”. Ummmm ok. Obviously you don’t want any more business?! Just weird!
